IFP Governance
The IFP is guided by its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is the final deliberative and decision-making body regarding matters that materially affect the welfare and integrity of the IFP. Members of IFP’s Board of Directors are as follows:

- Joseph T. Wells, CFE, CPA, Chairman and Founder of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners
- Jay Rothberg, CAE, Vice President - Office of the CEO, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
- Toby J.F. Bishop, CPA, CFE, Director, Deloitte Forensic Center, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP
- John Warren, CFE, J.D., Vice President & General Counsel, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners
- James McGinnis, Head of AML, Ethics and Compliance, BNP Paribas North America

Officers:
IFP officers are elected annually by the Board of Directors and are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Institute in accordance with the authority granted them by the IFP Bylaws or by resolution of the Board of Directors. The current officers of the IFP are:

- Executive Director — Dr. Timothy A. Pearson, Ph.D., CPA
- Secretary — John Warren, CFE, J.D.
- Director of Research — Dr. Richard A. Riley, Jr., CFE, Ph.D., CPA
